Shipping policy

At Rocko’s T-shirt Emporium, the goal is to get your T-shirts to you quickly and efficiently. Here's everything to know about the shipping policies.

1. Shipping locations and options
  • Shipping is currently available only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail):
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-8 business days.
    • This is typically the most affordable option for single t-shirts.
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail):
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
    • This option is available at an additional cost for faster delivery.

2. Order processing and handling times
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • There may be occasional delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. Notification via email will be sent if your shipment is significantly delayed.

3. Shipping costs
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the chosen shipping method.

4. Order tracking
  • Once the order has shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent.
  • You can track your order's progress via the USPS tracking portal. Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Lost, damaged, or undelivered items
  • Damaged or missing contents: If an item arrives damaged or with missing contents, contact us immediately. It's recommended to file a claim with USPSand retain the original packaging and items as instructed by the USPS.
  • Lost mail: If you suspect your order is lost in transit, first check the tracking status on the USPS website. If the tracking indicates the package is lost, you can initiate a missing mail search with USPS.
  • Undeliverable addresses: Ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to an invalid address may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-shipment.
  • Responsibility cannot be taken for carrier delays or packages lost or damaged by USPS once the item has been shipped. However, assistance will be provided in resolving any shipping issues with USPS.

6. Returns and exchanges
  • Refer to the separate "Returns & Exchanges Policy" for detailed information on how to return or exchange your order. This policy will outline the timeframe for returns, required condition of the items, and whether shipping fees are refundable.
